Community Partnership Program...

If you or someone you know is in the market for a real estate agent, you can help the EAC while getting a great deal though the Coldwell Banker Bain Community Partnership Program. Through EAC supporters and licensed real estate agents Bill Aubuchon and Denice Rochelle, friends of the EAC can conduct real estate transactions with 10 percent of the commission going to the EAC. There is no additional charge to the customer.

The Community Partnership Program is an on-going program that benefits non-profit organizations with a donation from residential or commercial property sales through Coldwell Banker Bain agents. In addition, the program gives Coldwell Banker Bain Associates an opportunity to be involved in the charitable cause of their choice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q    What is the Coldwell Banker Bain Community Partnership Program?

A    Community Partnership is a donation program for Coldwell Banker Bain agents and their clients. Prospective clients are encouraged to buy or sell a home through a Caldwell Banker Bain agent in order to designate 10 percent of the commission to a non-profit of their choice. The program allows any registered, non-profit organization to receive a portion of the commission on a specific home sale.

Q    How and when is the commission allocation donated?

A    During the closing process, the Commissions Department receives a completed form from the agent and calculates the 10 percent donation before splits. The 10 percent donation is taken from the overall gross commission prior to the subtraction of the Caldwell Banker Bain share. This prevents a straight 10 percent subtraction from the agent's personal commission check. A separate donation check is mailed to the agent to allow for a formal presentation to the non-profit organization.
